2020

A new hall for the production of Union boring mills is completed at the Meuselwitz production site.

Maximilian Thoma takes over as managing director in December and is now the 4th generation to lead the HerkulesGroup companies.

The construction of a new production hall for the manufacture of XXL large machine tools for WaldrichSiegen at the Siegen site begins and represents the largest investment in the company's history to date.

2016

PowerSparks GmbH is taken over and integrated into the corporate group as a supplier of power electronics.

2014

The Austrian company SBA mechatronics, which specializes in modernizations, becomes part of the HerkulesGroup.

RSGetriebe is integrated into the HerkulesGroup as a manufacturer of special gear units.

The production company "Jiaxing GMT German Machine Tools Co., Ltd" is founded in Jiaxing, China.

HerkulesGroup takes over the boring mill manufacturer Union Werkzeugmaschinen GmbH Chemnitz.

Delivery of the largest CNC controlled roll grinding machine UWS 1100 / 260 CNC to China First Heavy Industries.

Herkules Representative Office India (HRI) and Deutsche Maschinen India (DMI) as a service and production site are founded in Kolkata, India.
